Key celebrates triple crown at PMA

We’ve been working alongside our friends at Peabody and Hill for the past 18 months on Fish Island Village, a vibrant, authentic and eclectic community in the heart of Hackney Wick. And we’re thrilled to say that we scooped not one, but THREE awards for the project at the Property Marketing Awards 2018.

The award wins include Best Marketing Campaign: Residential Regeneration and Best Marketing Campaign: Residential New-Build, as well as a commendation for Best Placemaking campaign. We also picked up the top Grand Prix award, which was presented by broadcaster Sophie Raworth and is delivered in recognition of: “research and insight, thoughtful strategy, smart choices (not just big budgets), disciplined use of KPIs and metrics, and a genuine and impactful commitment to not only understanding, but working hand-in-hand with the local community to tell authentic stories that reflect the heritage and culture of the space.”

Our Managing Director, Neil Armstrong, says: “The Property Marketing Awards are held in high esteem within the industry and we’re absolutely thrilled by our success at this year’s event. We were of course joined on the night by our clients. Connie Coyle, Marketing Manager at Hill, says this is a project they were excited about from the very beginning: “The team at Key are inspiring and I love working with them.
